As I already mentioned, it's common for websites to be taken down. Thus, by saving it locally in this directory, I ensure you can still read all the documents even after the original disappears.
Impossible. XD. Yeah I have to update it manually each time. Simply because neocities don't allow directory listing: here is the reasoning (local copy). Basically I didn't find any other way to list files automatically, thus it's necessarily to do it manually. I'll add contacts later to this page - please message me if you know a way to automatize file listing.
